We may be small….. but we have BIG adventures

Beaver, cubs and Scouts have a long and well established history here in Abbots Bromley. We first started meeting in 1977 allowing the young people of Abbots Bromley and the surrounding villages to have fun adventure and gain skills for life.

Cubs Pioneering

The Cubs have had a brilliant evening pioneering. They couldn’t believe that knots and lashes that they tied were able to hold ALL of the Cubs on their home built climbing frame.

Amazing how strong it is now it’s finished.

We have just returned from our Scout Camp at Consall, you may have seen the previous post, however we must respect our property, and look after it, that way it lasts longer. We got the minibus really dirty, inside and out. So we cleaned it.

Consall Scout Camp

We have just arrived back from a rather wet and muddy camp in Consall.

I think it is fair to say that we ALL had an amazing time, here are a few pictures, ranging from our muddy Friday night, to our amazing Saturday Steam Train adventure to the start of our campfire.
